Meet Galileo! Yep Queen fans – he is THAT… Galileo! Galileo! Galileo Figaro!! Always gets your heart racing!! We call him Gally for short.

We have fallen in love with this wee mini aussise / Papillon boy. He is a BIG boy in a little package and needs a family that understands his breed(s). Tons of personality, energy, smarts, energy, sweetness and did we say energy? All 9.5 lbs of him can go in different directions at the same time! We think he is just under two years old and still acts like a puppy. Perhaps he never had a puppyhood? We don’t know but we do know he has an amazing outlook on life and he finds the good in everything. He is the prettiest tri boy but don’t call him pretty – he prefers handsome.

Gally is house trained with a doggy door, able to walk on any counter top in the house (coffee tables are his personal kingdom), incredibly agile and able to leap sleeping big aussies in one single bound! He loves to play with his foster brothers and sisters (big and small) and will play as long as you let him. He is crate trained but it is not necessary to crate him. When he gets up in the morning – the first thing he does is bring his foster a toy (loves his toys!) with his tail wagging a million miles a minute. Such a happy boy with tons of love to give and he is looking for his forever home.

Gally gave us his list of must haves in his forever family and the list includes a furry canine companion or two, a doggy door, lots of treats, a walk every day, an ice maker on the fridge, frozen watermelon chunks and a family that will appreciate his sense of humor. Unfortunately human kids under ten are not on his list. He loves rides in the car and thinks everyone is fair game and he can smooze with the best of them. He is very active and a good game of fetch, lots of play time and daily walks are at the top of his list. We suspect he would be an excellent agility kind of guy - smarts, motivation and action! His foster’s list of must haves includes a family that is familiar with this active breed and has working dog experience.

Galileo is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots, heartworm negative and on preventative. His adoption fee is $200 and he will NOT be adopted out of the state of New Mexico.
